Developed by the legal experts behind Geraci LLP Automate Loan Docs streamlines the creation of customized loan packages across all 50 U.S. states. Their mission is to empower private lending professionals with efficient reliable and legally sound tools that simplify processes reduce risk and enable scalable growth.

On behalf of Automate we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join their marketing team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and a proven ability to produce high-quality visual content across various platforms. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional design experience as demonstrated by a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing design concepts for large-scale projects and campaigns.
• Creating compelling visual content optimized for social media platforms including:
• Reels and short-form video content
• Paid media advertisements (static and motion)
• Static image advertisements
• Motion graphics and capture
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency and brand adherence.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Staying current with industry trends design software updates and best practices.
• Support Ad Hoc Tasks

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of three 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (e.g. large-scale campaigns social media motion graphics).
• Software Fluency: Deep expertise and fluency in the Adobe Creative Cloud specifically:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in other independent design platforms and software.
  • Familiarity and operational understanding of Canva.
• Design Understanding: Extensive experience and understanding of;
  • Large-scale design and production.
  • Design specifically tailored for social media in all current formats.
• Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is required for effective collaboration and communication.
• Education: No college degree or formal college education is required. The focus is on proven experience and design platform expertise.
• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

Pay: $800 $55 Allowance per month
