About the Role
This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultancy on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece.
It is a Customer Service Representative role requiring fluency Swedish supporting large well-known global brands in e-commerce consumer electronics digital services and financial platforms (e.g. Dyson Disney Zalando PayPal Viva Wallet Daimler Truck).
We need Swedish native or fluent speakers. You will support your language-speaking customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with client procedures
- Document interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets
- Escalate complex cases when required
Requirements
- Full fluency (C1C2) in Swedish
- English proficiency (minimum B2)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- EU citizenship is mandatory (non-Greek residence permits are not accepted)
- Customer service experience is not mandatory
- Strong communication skills empathy attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
Recruitment Process
- Screening interview with the Recruiter in English (all CVs are accepted in English)
- Online language and behavioral assessment
- Online interview with the hiring manager
- Job offer
Training
- Fully paid training provided
- For certain remote roles training may take place on-site (accommodation is provided)
Salary & Bonus
- Salary gross/month paid 14 salaries per year
- Monthly productivity bonus up to 10% of gross salary
Work Location
- On-site roles: Athens Greece
- Remote roles: work from anywhere in Greece after registration
Working Hours
- Full-time schedules standard office hours
- Evening or weekend shifts may apply depending on the project
