Role Overview
We are hiring 10 Senior Sales Managers Aerial Work Platforms (AWP / MEWP) to support rapid expansion across key European markets. These are newly created fieldbased roles offering high autonomy strong earnings potential and the opportunity to shape regional growth strategies.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance building key accounts and expanding market share for a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for AWP / MEWP products
Achieve and exceed annual sales and marketshare targets
Identify acquire and manage key accounts including:
Equipment rental companies
Construction contractors
Industrial end users
Build and maintain longterm customer relationships with high satisfaction levels
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing contracts and commercial terms
Work closely with AfterSales and Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Represent the business at trade fairs exhibitions and customer events
Conduct regular customer visits and territory travel
Skills & Experience

Proven success in field sales / outside sales with verifiable results
Strong background in aerial work platforms (AWP / MEWP) or similar lifting and access equipment
Excellent market knowledge within construction industrial or rental equipment sectors
Established network of key decisionmakers
Strong negotiation relationshipbuilding and customercentric mindset
Independent proactive and resultsdriven working style
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative team player with strong crossfunctional alignment
Mandatory Requirements (NonNegotiable)
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience including key account acquisition and management
At least 5 years experience selling MEWP / AWP equipment within an OEM environment
Proven annual sales revenue exceeding EUR 1 million
Strong existing industry network within:
Equipment rental companies
Construction firms
Industrial end users
Language Requirements:
German C1 (Advanced) for all Germanybased roles
Strong English required across all locations
