Supply Chain Management Executive

Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Supply Chain Management Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage purchasing warehousing and transportation functions to support overall business operations.
• Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth daily purchasing and warehouse activities meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Manage material requirements planning (MRP) stock replenishment purchasing processes order management and vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
• Coordinate with logistics partners and oversee third-party warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Handle customer audits and address feedback or issues related to purchasing and logistics operations.
• Support maintenance and improvement of logistics equipment and facilities.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve quality productivity cost efficiency and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Procurement Materials Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and/or logistics within a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with quality and management standards (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001) is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. MCframe or similar) and continuous improvement practices (e.g. Kaizen) is an advantage.
• Experience in managing or working with third-party logistics providers is preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Able to work independently with a high level of reliability and accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills are an advantage.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4000 AWS VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: Sembawang
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work 8:30am - 5pm
