About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior/Manager to join our clients team and lead global audit operations driving performance process improvement and operational this role you will oversee audit teams across Asia Europe and the Americas standardize workflows leverage data-driven insights and ensure top-tier client and carrier engagement. You will mentor high-performing teams optimize processes and implement initiatives that improve scalability efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Audit Supervisors and Managers across global client accounts.
• Ensure effective execution of audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Analyze operational performance against KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Drive automation and standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and coach teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients and carriers providing timely resolution.
• Facilitate training CAPA documentation and maintain SOPs/work instructions.
• Participate in audit reviews and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• 3 years managerial experience in technology logistics or BPO with a focus on operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or process improvement certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing mentoring and developing teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with clients carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced multi-priority environments.
• Can start immediately if possible.
