About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cybersecurity Senior Manager to join our clients team and lead the delivery of managed cybersecurity this role you will act as a trusted advisor leveraging your expertise to navigate complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence fostering a culture of continuous improvement and building high-performing collaborative teams. Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to enhancing service capabilities and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of managed cybersecurity services across multiple domains
• Ensure high standards of operational performance and service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance incident management processes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and innovation within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address evolving cybersecurity challenges
• Monitor industry trends and emerging threats to continuously improve service offerings
• Provide mentorship coaching and professional development to team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing insights on service performance and risks
• Drive decision-making and resolve issues impacting team effectiveness and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 10 years of experience in cybersecurity preferably in managed security services
• Strong leadership experience in handling complex cybersecurity operations
• Security certifications (e.g. Security CEH CISM) are highly preferred
• Industry exposure in Financial Services Insurance Healthcare or Life Sciences is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately if possible
