We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with inquiries related to consumer credit services account management payments and financing solutions ensuring a professional and reliable customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers solving financial service inquiries and working in an international environment.
What Youll Do
Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to consumer credit services and financing products
Support users with account questions payments and platform access
Handle requests through phone email or digital channels
Update CRM systems with accurate customer information
Provide professional empathetic and solution-oriented customer support
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality
What Were Looking For
C1/C2 French (mandatory)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
Previous experience in customer support or financial services is a plus
Work Schedule
Monday Friday
Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 15:00
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day during the week
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 930 gross 14 months
Performance Bonus: 155/month 12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
Braga Position Bonus: 20/month 12 months
Welcome Bonus: paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
Additional benefits:
Permanent contract (3-month trial period)
