Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Procurement:
Oversee procurement and supply chain operations for medical and pharmaceutical products
Ensure efficient inventory management purchasing and supplier coordination
Conduct pricing analysis and vendor negotiations
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales and marketing activities across hospital services and diagnostic facilities
Develop and execute business development strategies and growth plans
Maintain and expand corporate client relationships
Identify new business opportunities across PNG and Pacific regions
Marketing & Brand Management:
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns social media strategies and online promotions
Organize hospital presentations events expos and corporate engagements
Manage website content and social media platforms
Develop promotional programs and brand positioning initiatives
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Conduct market research surveys and competitor analysis
Develop pricing strategies and business insights
Prepare annual budgets forecasts and performance reports
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team
Develop incentive programs and training initiatives
Conduct performance appraisals and staff development programs
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with corporate clients consultants and internal departments
Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align services with market needs
Represent the hospital at industry events and media engagements
Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Marketing Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in hospital/healthcare supply chain and procurement (medical/pharma)
Strong background in sales marketing and business development
Experience managing corporate client relationships in a healthcare setting
Strong analytical leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
