We are currently hiring Spanish-speaking Nurses based in Mexico to support one of our international medical clients. This is a remote full-time opportunity with paid training and strong potential for long-term collaboration.
Job Overview
As part of the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) TeleCare team you will remotely monitor and analyze patient treatment data as they go through dialysis treatment from their homes. You will provide both technical and clinical support troubleshoot device issues educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor patient treatment data remotely during the first 90 days of therapy
Investigate treatment alarms and determine appropriate interventions including patient education or escalation to clinicians
Serve as the main point of contact for patients caregivers and clinical teams
Present patient cases during clinical meetings addressing adherence device issues and clinical concerns
Use analytics tools (Excel Tableau) to review trends identify deviations and generate data-driven insights
Support Level 1 technical services with escalations and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license (cédula profissional) in Mexico
Currently residing in Mexico
24 years of contact center or customer service experience
Dialysis experience (preferred)
Native-level Spanish (C2) and professional level English (written and spoken) training and internal communication will all be in English
Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Mandatory Technical Requirements
Laptop will NOT be provided
Stable wired broadband internet (minimum 50 Mb/s)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or minimum 1.8 GHz (64-bit preferred)
RAM: 16 GB minimum
Storage: 120 GB SSD (minimum 10 GB free)
Screen resolution:(preferred)
Wired USB headset
Operating System: Windows 11 or later
Training Information
Duration: 1012 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Online classes: 4 hours/day (8:00 AM 12:00 PM Mexico Time)
Self-study: 2 hours/day
Training Rate: $10 USD/hour
Training Start Date: April 27 2026
Production Hours
Fixed full-time schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Mexico Time)
Expected workload: 68 hours/day
Hourly Rate (Post-training): $12 USD/hour
