Medical Biologist

Role Overview
We are looking for a Medical Biologist to join our laboratory network in Seine-Saint-Denis France (on-site). In this role you will play a central part in patient care and laboratory operations ensuring high-quality medical biology services while coordinating both technical and clinical activities. The position is offered as a CDI with an annual salary range of .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and/or supervise medical biology analyses
• Support physicians and patients with result interpretation and test selection
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across all laboratory phases
• Coordinate and manage laboratory teams across one or multiple sites
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacy or Medicine with a DES in Medical Biology (France)
• Active registration with the Ordre des Pharmaciens or Ordre des Médecins (RPPS number required)
• Active ADELI number
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards
• Previous experience in microbiology is a plus
• Fluency in French and English
