Job Summary

A wellestablished IT management services provider with an experienced team delivering bestpractice trendaligned IT and telecommunications solutions.

The technical team is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to work in a small collaborative environment while supporting multiple clients of varying sizes across Microsoft 365 endpoint management and basic network administration.

Key responsibilities:

Remote & on-site support (PCs laptops printers)
Microsoft 365: Exchange Teams and SharePoint
Basic configurations - Routers switches firewalls
DNS DHCP and VLANs
Backups & disaster recovery
Onboarding/offboarding & documentation
VoIP (Plus point): SIP QoS basic troubleshooting

Essential Requirements:

Strong Windows (desktop/server) skills
Solid networking knowledge
Good communication & customer focus
Ability to handle multi-tenant MSP environments
Valid drivers license
Must be able to speak both English and Afrikaans.
