As a Project Coordinator you will oversee the fit-out and completion of a large-scale office environment (24000 m²) accommodating approximately 2500 employees. You will ensure the project is delivered on time within scope and meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor progress of finishing works from planning through to delivery
Manage contractors installers and external stakeholders on-site
Identify and resolve technical and structural issues in collaboration with the project team
Ensure quality compliance and safety standards are met
Report on project progress risks and deviations to internal stakeholders
Work Environment
You will be part of a Facilities team focused on delivering an optimal workplace environment working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Requirements
HBO level (Bachelors) in construction engineering or a related field
35 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
Experience managing contractors and construction parties
Knowledge of construction processes installation technology and project phasing
Strong communication skills proactive mindset and ability to maintain oversight
Available 4 days per week and for the full project duration

Hybrid working model
Travel time to Utrecht should not exceed 60 minutes
Pre-employment screening required before start
