Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator you will oversee the fit-out and completion of a large-scale office environment (24000 m²) accommodating approximately 2500 employees. You will ensure the project is delivered on time within scope and meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor progress of finishing works from planning through to delivery
- Manage contractors installers and external stakeholders on-site
- Identify and resolve technical and structural issues in collaboration with the project team
- Ensure quality compliance and safety standards are met
- Report on project progress risks and deviations to internal stakeholders
Work Environment
You will be part of a Facilities team focused on delivering an optimal workplace environment working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- HBO level (Bachelors) in construction engineering or a related field
- 35 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
- Experience managing contractors and construction parties
- Knowledge of construction processes installation technology and project phasing
- Strong communication skills proactive mindset and ability to maintain oversight
- Available 4 days per week and for the full project duration

- Hybrid working model
- Travel time to Utrecht should not exceed 60 minutes
- Pre-employment screening required before start
- Valid ID required at intake and start date

- Full availability for the assignment period is required
