Job Summary
The Company
A leading global financial institution with a strong commitment to innovation and security is seeking to expand its networking/support capabilities. The organization operates internationally providing services spanning advisory financing capital markets corporate and investment banking to clients across all continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Image Deployment: Deploy and test Windows 11 images and application packages using SCCM.
- Migration Execution: Migrate user data and profiles securely minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier I support during and after the rollout to resolve deployment incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding inventory migration status and known issues.
Required Technical Skills
- OS Expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Deployment Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory.
- Infrastructure: Knowledge of Virtual machine (VMware) and virtualized environments (Citrix).
- Scripting: Experience with PowerShell for automating tasks.
Required Soft Skills
- Communication: Ability to guide end-users and communicate technical issues to stakeholders. (Fluent English)
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to address unexpected compatibility issues.
- Resilience & Pressure: Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and manage high-pressure situations such as trading floor enviroment or critical business downtime.
