Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Languages: Native/Fluent Mandarin (Read Write Speak) English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer support experience.
• Skills: Strong emotional intelligence critical thinking and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
