Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests efficiently
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to communicate both in Mandarin & Cantonese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)
- For expat candidates a Bachelors Degree is required to process Employment Pass (EP)
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM 9:30 PM
- Rotational Morning and Afternoon Shifts
- 5 working days 2 days off
