Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone email or chat
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests efficiently
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Accurately record customer interactions in the system
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Work closely with team members and other departments when needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must have C1 Cantonese level (spoken and written preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)
Working Schedule:
- Rotational Shift 24/7
- 5 working days 2 days off
