We are seeking a Petroleum Lab / Calibration Specialist to support oil analysis programs and equipment calibration activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spectrometric oil analysis and calibration of tools and test equipment ensuring accuracy reliability and compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform spectrometric oil analysis on samples using appropriate testing methods.
Receive record prioritize and prepare oil and other liquid samples for analysis.
Analyze test results and identify abnormal wear contamination or other issues.
Transfer and maintain accurate test data in master data systems.
Notify leadership and quality control personnel of results exceeding established thresholds.
Perform in-house calibration of tools and test equipment including adjustments minor repairs and maintenance.
Maintain records of all equipment requiring calibration and ensure compliance with schedules.
Support calibration programs systems and subsystems.
Utilize and interpret military and civilian publications related to oil analysis and calibration programs.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate of Science degree highly desired.
Graduate of a Spectrometric Oil Analysis Operator/Evaluator (Atomic Emission Spectrometer) course or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in oil analysis programs within the last 10 years.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Fluent in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
