We are seeking a Government Relations / Administrator to support administrative and coordination activities for aviation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational communication and computer skills and will act as a liaison between site operations leadership and the RSLFAC headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate site requirements and administrative actions to ensure aviation program mission success.
Maintain communication with local Commanders leaders and RSLFAC Headquarters regarding administrative needs.
Assist in updating passports obtaining licenses coordinating government fees and preparing necessary forms for government services.
Prepare technical reports charts graphs and correspondence as required; take dictation when necessary.
Maintain logs of official correspondence and assist with specialized missile-related documentation.
Utilize computers databases and personnel records systems for administrative tasks.
Support program management by providing updates on requirements and necessary support.
Minimum Requirements:
Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Level 2: High school diploma plus 2-year college degree in business management or related field highly desired.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or computer applications experience within the last 10 years.
Experience with human resource management is desired.
Fluent in Arabic (oral and written) and able to communicate in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
