Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks ensure efficient workflow and provide support across administrative and HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and office support duties
Assist with scheduling correspondence and coordination of office activities
Provide basic support to human resources functions
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelors degree in business management or related field is highly desired.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in administration and/or computer applications within the last ten (10) years is required.
Contractor shall perform all office administration functions as required to include using a Computer Printer Fax Copier book binding equipment and other equipment as needed.
Experience with human resource management is desired.
Shall be fluent in Arabic oral and written and shall be able communicate in the English language.
All technical requirements may be waived by the RSLFAC Commander but must be learned within a 6-month period on the job.
Level 1 High School Diploma; Level 2 High School Diploma 2 Year college degree; Level 3 bachelors degree
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
