Job Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Check-in & Passenger Handling Staff. As a member of our team you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and assist them with the check-in process - Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations - Handle baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight - Assist passengers with special needs or requests such as wheelchair assistance or meal accommodations - Answer any questions or concerns from passengers and provide helpful information about the airport and their flight - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers - Keep the check-in counters and surrounding areas clean and organized - Perform any other duties assigned by the airport management team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when needed - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Paid time off - Training and development opportunities - Employee discounts on travel and other services If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a desire to work in the aviation industry we would love to hear from you.
