Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for assisting passengers at the airport and ensuring smooth operations on the ground. Your main duties will include: 1. Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport. 2. Assisting passengers with check-in baggage drop and security procedures. 3. Providing information about flight schedules delays and other relevant information to passengers. 4. Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft. 5. Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints. 6. Assisting passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities. 7. Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations. 8. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Requirements: 1. Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. 5. Basic computer skills. 6. Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems efficiently. 7. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. 8. Prior experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
