Contract Manager

We are working closely alongside with Southern Housing to assist with the appointment of a Contract Manager on a 6.5-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 26.95 - 35.59 per hour

Summary:

Lead the development and management of a robust contract management framework across a diverse housing portfolio including student keyworker market rent co-operative and short-life accommodation. This role focuses on governance compliance performance monitoring and risk management ensuring all contractual arrangements align with organisational objectives and deliver value for money.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management framework
• Oversee governance compliance and assurance of contractual performance
• Monitor KPIs SLAs and service delivery standards
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Identify and manage contractual and operational risks

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in contract management governance or a related field

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract management governance or compliance roles
• Strong understanding of complex contractual frameworks and obligations
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels
• Ability to monitor performance manage risk and drive accountability
• Strong analytical reporting and communication skills
