• Youre organised and can handle last-minute changes
• Youre happy to confirm your availability each week and stick to it
• You take pride in maintaining standards even in unfamiliar environments
• You understand that stepping in last-minute keeps everything running for the client

If that doesnt sound like you thats fine- this role isnt for everyone.

This role is NOT for you if:

• You need the same routine every day
• You get stressed when plans change
• You cant commit to providing your availability weekly
• You rely on constant direction to get things done
• Youre not comfortable travelling between sites
• You cut corners when no one is watching
• You dont take responsibility for stepping in and sorting problems

Youll be the person who keeps things running when gaps appear - covering sickness holidays and last-minute issues. That means trust flexibility and high standards matter more here than anywhere else in the team.
