What You Will Be Doing

Installing and commissioning machines at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
Delivering technical training to operators engineers and production teams
Supporting customers with application optimisation and troubleshooting
Handling technical enquiries and providing both remote and on site support
Working alongside the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer discussions
Supporting software updates maintenance activities and product demonstrations

You will operate from a home office base travelling regularly to customer sites.

What You Bring

Degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical background preferred
Strong understanding of machine tools and cutting tool applications
Experience with machine installations training or application support
Confidence working directly with customers in manufacturing environments
Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently
Comfortable travelling throughout the UK and Ireland

German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
