We are looking for Czech-speaking Customer Service Agent who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers solving problems and working in a dynamic international environment.
What Youll Do
Support customers via phone email and chat in Czech
Assist users with e-commerce inquiries orders and product information
Provide guidance on services platform features and policies
Handle customer requests with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
Manage high contact volumes during promotion and peak seasons
What Were Looking For
C1/C2 Czech (mandatory)
English B2 or higher
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online services
Ability to make rational decisions and solve problems effectively
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments during high-volume periods
Work Schedule
Current schedule:
Monday Sunday: 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days
Future schedule (to be confirmed): 24/7 rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 920 gross 14 months
Attendance Bonus: 45/month 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
Welcome Bonus: 1500 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year)
