In this role you will act as a strategic consultant for future unicorns helping German businesses navigate the complexities of digital advertising and PPC.

Your Mission in Barcelona:

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a lead consultant for high-potential German companies onboarding them with results-driven PPC strategies.
• Business Growth: Drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities to maximize ROI for your portfolio.
• Consultative Engagement: Lead outbound business conversations to detect objectives and deliver high-impact digital solutions.
• AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to interpret market data and personalize your client outreach.
• Market Leadership: Use your expertise in the German ecosystem to navigate regional trends and competitor landscapes.

What You Bring:

• Language Mastery: C2 level proficiency in German and English (essential).
• Experience: 1 years in Sales Account Management or Digital Marketing (SaaS or Ads experience is a huge plus).
• Tech Literacy: Strong experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to solving complex ROI questions.
• Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial game-changer attitude with high emotional intelligence.
