We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making rational decisions when reviewing user-generated this role you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring content follows community standards and marketplace guidelines.

What Youll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in German
• Ensure platform content complies with community guidelines and policies
• Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
• Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues
• Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion and high-traffic periods

What Were Looking For

• C1/C2 German (mandatory)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong analytical and moderation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to make rational and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces

Work Schedule

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday Sunday)

Shift options:

07:00 16:00
14:00 23:00
22:30 07:30

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1100 gross 14 months
• Attendance Bonus: 100/month 11 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.63/day
