About the Role

Our client a leading Thai multinational in the food and agri-business sector is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to act as the strategic bridge between Finance and Information Technology. This is a high-impact role focused on SAP Finance solutions financial process optimisation and digital transformation across the organisation. You will partner closely with Finance Accounting Controlling and Management Reporting leaders to translate business needs into robust scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure implement and support SAP FI CO CO-PA and BPC modules in line with business and statutory requirements.
• Partner closely with Finance Accounting Controlling and Management Reporting teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance modules and other modules such as MM SD and PP.
• Lead and manage change requests related to finance and controlling processes ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Design functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Act as the functional knowledge owner for finance-related systems including master data governance.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial closing reporting automation and cost control.
• Provide day-to-day application support to ensure system stability accuracy and performance.
• Develop and manage the finance application roadmap aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to Finance key users promoting best practices and effective system usage.

What Youll Bring

• Thai nationality with full right to work in Thailand without sponsorship.
• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written) essential for day-to-day collaboration with Finance Accounting and wider business stakeholders.
• Professional working English sufficient for regional and group-level reporting documentation and meetings.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementation or support roles (FI CO CO-PA BPC).
• Strong hands-on expertise across SAP FI CO CO-PA and BPC modules.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting controlling and management reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and Thai local accounting standards tax and compliance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across Finance and IT.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally with senior business leaders.

Nice to Have

• An educational or professional background that combines Finance and Information Technology.
• Experience supporting audit SOX or internal control processes.
• Exposure to data governance master data management or financial data quality initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in ERP Finance Systems or Project Management.

Whats on Offer

• Base salary: up to THB 175000 per month
• Car allowance: THB 9000 per month
• Performance bonus: 1 1.5 months
• Provident Fund contribution: 5%
• Annual leave: 12 days
• OPD: reimbursement up to 10% of annual salary
• IPD: Group Accident Life and Health Insurance
