Our global network includes facilities in Canada the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global Position:The Shipper/Receiver is part of the Supply Chain team that manages the inbound and outbound movement of materials. Reporting to the shipping/receiving supervisor the Shipper/Receiver will work with all departments to ensure that materials and equipment flow through the system quickly and accurately. This position requires a high degree of creativity team effort and Youll Be Doing:Operation and inspection of motorized lift trucks experience considered an assetInspect and verify incoming/outgoing goods against packing lists and/or other documents as per prescribed guidelinesFacilitation and uploading of certifications/documents to digital storageDigital processing of shipping/receiving/inventory transactionsEclipse owned vehicle operation as assigned including but not limited to flat bed truck pick-up truck dock level box truckMust be licensed to drive in Ontario and insurable by Eclipse AutomationPick-up and delivery of shipments within a 300km radius as assignedAccountable to cycle counting and inventory control activitiesManual material handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)Internal kitting and delivery of parts to manufacturingManagement of failed suspect or non-required materialsFlexibility to support multiple Eclipse sites in Cambridge OntarioWhat Were Looking For:Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalentPost-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline considered an asset (materials management supply chain management or business)Valid Ontario drivers license requiredIndustry Certifications considered an asset (CSCMP CPIM CSCP CCLP etc.)Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/shipping/receiving experienceMRP/ERP experience considered an asset (SAP Oracle etc.)Intermediate level skills required in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).A strong team-player with experience working in cross-functional teams is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem analysis and resolution skillsCommitted to continuous improvement within the work environmentThe ability to multitask and to prioritize those tasksAdherence to all Health and Safety rules and procedures a mustWhat We Offer: Reimbursement for tuition and professional dues 3 weeks of vacation and 3 paid personal days (to start) RRSP matching program Free snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
