COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: UNLIMITED SCALING

We believe in rewarding results. Our model combines a safety net with an aggressive multi-level reward system.

1. Guaranteed Base:

• Pre-launch: $100/month performance bonuses.
• After Office Launch: $300/month (Fixed).

2. Direct Sales Commission:

• 8% of the total value of every closed client contract (paid immediately).

3. Multi-Level Partner Program (Passive Income Engine): Build and manage your own network of partners and earn from the entire turnover:

• Level 1 (Direct): 8% (First activation) / 4% (Repeat)
• Level 2: 5% (First activation) / 2.5% (Repeat) Unlocked at $100 turnover
• Level 3: 3% (First activation) / 1.5% (Repeat) Unlocked at $1000 turnover
• Level 4: 2% (First activation) / 1% (Repeat) Unlocked at $2500 turnover

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Office Launch: Lead the setup and independent management of the regional representative office.
• Network Building: Actively recruit develop and manage a team of partners and clients.
• Consultation: Conduct in-person and online meetings (Zoom) to present Assetaras AI tools.
• Brand Representation: Create local content for social media and act as the face of the company in your region.
