Job Summary

Corporate Planning manager supports Treasurers duties such as financial reporting and tax filing and manage
Corporate Planning division and Administrating division. Corporate Planning manager needs to have understanding
of accounting standards regulatory standards and general business.

* Prepare for corporate tax return and communicate with external USCPA
* File monthly quarterly and annual state tax filing and make estimated tax payments. (Calculation will be provided
by external USCPA)
* Prepare consolidated financial reports every quarter and communicated to the parent company in Japan
* File Annual Report to states
* Communicate with bank to open close and manage bank accounts
* Financing companys funds to maximize profit
* Manage accounting ERP system implementation
* Consult all divisions accounting concerns and questions
* Budget control
* Help Accounting division if necessary
* Support IT division

* Basic knowledge of accounting standards regulatory standards and general business
* Manager Experiences
* Strong Communication Skill
* Bilingual in Japanese and English
* Bachelor or higher degree in any of business major
