Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner Laboratory Technology Management Systems (LTMS) to join IQVIA Laboratories at Durham Remote.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Own and manage the LTMS product backlog roadmap and prioritization across competing business demands
- Translate laboratory and operational business needs into clear actionable system requirements and user stories
- Define system scope objectives and standards while ensuring alignment with enterprise laboratory workflows
- Guide and mentor Business Systems Analysts and offshore teams on best practices documentation standards and delivery execution
- Partner with technical teams to support system design decisions enhancements and modernization initiatives
- Identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities across laboratory systems and processes
- Support crossfunctional stakeholders by resolving priority conflicts and driving consensus
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience supporting enterprise or clientfacing laboratory clinical or regulated systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and translate business requirements into system specifications
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Strong product ownership stakeholder management and decisionmaking skills in complex environments
- Ability to balance strategic roadmap planning with handson operational execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across scientific technical and business teams

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $84600.00 - $211600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
