Location: This is a full-time on-site role based in Wayne New Jersey with work performed at project sites throughout the region.

Note: To be considered you must have direct hardscape or landscape construction experience prior crew leadership experience and a valid drivers license.

Job Description

• Lead daily hardscape crew operations on active job sites
• Oversee installation of patios pavers walkways retaining walls steps outdoor kitchens fire pits and related features
• Ensure work is completed safely efficiently and to company quality standards
• Coordinate labor materials equipment and daily job flow
• Read plans layouts and project specifications and help execute work accordingly
• Train guide and support crew members in the field
• Communicate job progress site needs and issues to management
• Maintain organized professional and productive job sites
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations
• Support a team-first culture focused on craftsmanship accountability and reliability

Qualifications

• 3 years of hardscape masonry landscape construction or closely related outdoor construction experience
• Prior experience leading a crew crew leader experience or foreman-level field responsibility
• Experience with pavers retaining walls grading site prep and outdoor living installations
• Ability to read plans follow layouts and manage field execution
• Valid drivers license
• Strong work ethic communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical job duties
• English communication skills preferred
• Permanent U.S. work authorization preferred for initial recruiting efforts
