Pay: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Location: On-site full-time in either Conway Arkansas or Hot Springs Arkansas.

Note: Must be licensed to practice law in Arkansas. The firm is open to a range of experience levels but candidates should have some litigation experience or a clear desire to build a litigation practice. Personal injury experience is a plus not a requirement.

Job Description

• Represent clients in personal injury and related litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients and guide them through the legal process
• Negotiate settlements and help drive matters toward strong resolutions
• Prepare cases for hearings mediations depositions and trial
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently and effectively
• Maintain high standards of professionalism responsiveness and client service

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Arkansas bar license
• Some litigation experience or a strong interest in litigation
• Strong legal writing research and communication skills
• Ability to manage cases deadlines and client communication effectively
• Sound judgment professionalism and empathy in client interactions
• Personal injury experience preferred but not required

  • 0 to 2 years directly relevant experience: $45000 to $58000

  • 2 to 4 years directly relevant experience: $58000 to $70000

  • 4 to 6 years directly relevant experience: $70000 to $78000

  • 6 years directly relevant experience: $78000 to $85000
