Job Summary
Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Executive/Producer
Our client offers a broad range of insurance services including personal commercial and employee benefits lines. The company is recognized for its generous benefits package which includes employer-paid medical dental vision and a 401k plan. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Producer to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Self-generate prospects network establish credibility and build strong relationships and pipelines.
- Consult on business and close deals independently.
- Communicate and cross-sell creating opportunities for and receiving leads from other departments.
- Proficiency in cold calling prospecting and closing business to business deals.
- Must hold an Oregon Property & Casualty license.
- 2 years B2B sales experience and interest in selling B2B Commercial lines ideally in a specialty (Transportation Construction Habitational apartments condos or HOAs Hospitality Manufacturing Non-Profits Churches etc).
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in self-generating prospects.
- 3 years of experience in cold calling and using centers of influence for referral business.
- Required: Oregon Property & Casualty License.
- Preferred but not required for candidates to have experience from a direct writer (Sentry Federated etc) or from an independent agency.
