Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Garden City New York.

Note: To be considered you must be admitted in New York and have directly relevant experience in foreclosure and related creditors rights collections bankruptcy and/or real estate litigation matters.

Job Description

• Handle foreclosure matters from initial review through resolution
• Conduct legal research and analyze case strategy
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances hearings conferences and related proceedings
• Communicate with clients opposing counsel court personnel and other stakeholders
• Manage deadlines and move matters forward efficiently across an active caseload
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver strong client outcomes
• Support related matters involving collections bankruptcy and real estate litigation as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years of directly relevant experience in foreclosure law
• Active New York bar admission
• Strong litigation drafting research and courtroom skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
