$145K$165K for candidates with 23 years of experience

Candidate Requirements
JD degree with active California Bar membership in good standing
Minimum 2 years of employment litigation experience
Experience with depositions discovery and motion practice
Knowledge of California civil procedure and federal court rules
Strong research analytical and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage caseload and develop legal strategies
Draft complaints motions and discovery documents
Attend court hearings and support trial preparation
Conduct and defend depositions
Communicate with clients witnesses and experts
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
Collaborate with legal teams and opposing counsel
