Overview

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across the full product lifecyclefrom concept and analysis to production supportwhile contributing to both new and existing vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop functional reliable and cost-effective vehicle components and systems
Perform engineering analysis calculations and design validation activities
Support integration and execution of component and system designs into vehicle platforms
Create and review technical drawings layouts specifications and bills of material (BOMs)
Evaluate designs for performance safety and reliability
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams suppliers and internal stakeholders
Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams
Analyze and resolve engineering issues; communicate status clearly to stakeholders
Prepare technical reports proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate project documentation and engineering records
Mentor junior engineers designers or technicians as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
3 years of relevant engineering experience
Preferred / Standout Experience:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle systems
Proficiency in CAD tools such as PTC Creo and Windchill
Strong analytical skills with experience in system modeling and performance optimization
