Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Rome GA. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship autonomy and long-term growth.
Blue Jays client is a dentist-led group practice focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered care offering clinical autonomy modern technology and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $200K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- 30% production in year two
- $15K sign-on bonus
- Full benefits malpractice DEA and dues covered
- $2500 CE allowance in-house CE

Rome GA Northwest Georgia with scenic landscapes and strong community feel
- South: Atlanta GA 70 miles
- North: Chattanooga TN 70 miles
- East: Cartersville GA 25 miles
- West: Gadsden AL 60 miles
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD
- Georgia license (or in process)
- CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and team mindset
