Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Cumming GA. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship autonomy and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $900/day or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- 30% production in year two
- $5K sign-on bonus
- Full benefits malpractice DEA and dues covered
- $2500 CE allowance in-house CE

Cumming GA North Metro Atlanta (Forsyth County)
- South: Atlanta GA 40 miles
- North: Gainesville GA 25 miles
- East: Athens GA 70 miles
- West: Alpharetta GA 20 miles
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD
- Georgia license (or in process)
- CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and team mindset
