Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Newberry FL. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship autonomy and long-term growth.
Blue Jays client is a dentist-led group practice focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered care offering clinical autonomy modern technology and a supportive team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $150K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
- 30% production in year two
- sign-on bonus available
- Full benefits malpractice DEA and dues covered
- $2500 CE allowance in-house CE

Newberry FL North Central Florida just outside Gainesville
- North: Lake City 50 miles
- South: Ocala 45 miles
- East: Gainesville 10 miles
- West: Cedar Key (Gulf Coast) 60 miles
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD
- Florida license (or in process)
- CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and team mindset
