Schedule:

Full-time MondayFriday with flexibility to support work-life balance across both locations

Compensation & Benefits:

• First-year guarantee of $225000
• 30% of adjusted production starting in year two
• $25000 sign-on bonus
• Annual CE budget plus extensive in-house continuing education programs
• Mentorship and clinical development support

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia dental license (or in process)
• CPR BLS and PALS certifications
• Open to both experienced dentists and strong new graduates
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
