We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction projects for a major energy client in Houston TX. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in MEP systems infrastructure and critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from design through completion
- Develop project schedules budgets and cost estimates
- Oversee contracts change orders and client directives
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensure quality control OSHA safety and code compliance
- Track and report project progress risks and financials
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field
- 5 years of Construction Project Management experience (MEP energy or infrastructure preferred)
- Experience with capital projects renovations and critical facilities
- 3 years in facilities plant operations or engineering services
- Proficiency in MS Project Procore Bluebeam and MS Office
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
