Schedule: Full Time 34.5 hours per week 6:30pm - 6:30am
Pay Range: Pay range: $21.71 - $23.83/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30 2026)
Shift Premiums: Night (11:00pm - 6:59am) $0.75 Weekend (Fri 11:00pm - Sun 10:59 pm) $0.50

What Youll Do:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community youll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Hands-On Care Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Support Mealtime Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
- Keep Things Moving Support mobility including turning positioning and safe transfers.
- Perform Vital Checks Measure and record vital signs weight and intake/output.
- Maintain Comfort & Care Keep rooms tidy cozy and well-stocked with essentials.
- Provide Responsive Support Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
- Monitor with Watchful Eyes Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
- Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Must have a current and valid Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants. (CNA)
- Must be at least 18 year of age or older.
- Experience providing direct care to the elderly preferred.
- Ability to read write understand and carry out directions.
- Ability to perform job related duties which may require lifting standing bending transferring stooping stretching walking pushing and pulling.
