Pay & Compensation Experienced Drivers: $1300$1500 per week average Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1700 weekly Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus Biweekly home time schedule Paid orientation: $300
Entry Level (Trainee) Drivers Paid mentor program during initial 46 weeks on the road Valid CDLA license required Minimum age 21 years Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours Guided training in Western regional dry van operations Clean work history
