Compensation: $39.90 $50.40 per hour Shift Differentials Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview
Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a community hospital setting
Deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Play an active role in department growth and quality initiatives

Schedule
Full-time 72 hours per pay period
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Night Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
Provide specialized ICU-level patient care
Serve as patient advocate within the healthcare system
Maintain compliance with professional ethical and institutional standards
Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives
Collaborate with physicians charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum two years of relevant RN experience required
Current Texas RN license or eligibility for immediate licensure
BLS required within 30 days of hire
ACLS required within 90 days of hire
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
