- Experience managing portfolio quality client retention and annual relationship reviews

- Treasury management and/or wealth referral experience preferred
- Healthcare logistics or CRE vertical expertise preferred
- Prior experience in a regional banking environment is preferred
Description:
- Build and execute a commercial prospecting strategy across C&I CRE and professional services relationships
- Develop a consistent and measurable origination pipeline supported by market outreach and referral activity
- Lead client meetings identify financing needs and manage the full deal process through closing
- Structure and present credit opportunities in partnership with underwriting and internal credit teams
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain disciplined credit oversight after closing
- Conduct systematic call planning and annual relationship reviews to support retention and expansion
- Partner closely with treasury management wealth and capital markets teams to increase total client value
- Represent the institution in the Jacksonville business community through professional associations networking groups and local events
- Build referral networks that create sustainable pipeline growth independent of cold calling alone
- Contribute to production goals tied to loan growth deposit growth pipeline coverage and client retention
