• Manage all incoming calls (service new leads scheduling customer questions)
• Schedule in-home sales appointments and installation dates
• Coordinate daily install schedule and ensure jobs are fully prepared for installers
• Receive and organize product deliveries for upcoming installs
• Maintain accurate customer records and job statuses in CRM
• Communicate with customers on timelines service needs and updates
• Resolve customer issues and follow through to completion
• Keep the office organized efficient and running smoothly day-to-day

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the office
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and scheduling
• Experience with CRM systems or office management preferred
