What youll do:

• Lead change management to shift how cross-functional teams prioritize sequence and execute work.

• Lead the development and execution of complex large-scale technical programs across multiple domains ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Define and implement program strategies frameworks and processes to optimize resource efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus manage dependencies and resolve cross-functional challenges.

• Oversee technical design decisions ensuring scalable modular and secure system architectures.
