The Senior Director Technical Program Management leads the strategic planning and execution of complex large-scale technical programs across the enterprise. This role will lead and oversee organizational change management for processes tools governance forums and ways of working to ensure effective execution of enterprise segment and area priorities.

What youll do:
Lead change management to shift how cross-functional teams prioritize sequence and execute work.
Lead the development and execution of complex large-scale technical programs across multiple domains ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and implement program strategies frameworks and processes to optimize resource efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus manage dependencies and resolve cross-functional challenges.
Oversee technical design decisions ensuring scalable modular and secure system architectures.
Mentor and guide teams on engineering practices program management methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Drive data-informed decision-making and communicate program status to executive leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks escalating issues to maintain program momentum and quality outcomes.
What youll bring:
Extensive experience in program and project management including planning execution and risk mitigation across complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
Extensive experience in process and technology change management in large complex companies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong technical expertise in system design cloud infrastructure software lifecycle and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in developing and implementing frameworks to improve operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Exceptional communication skills to unify teams and present to executive leadership effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $160000.00 - $320000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
