Job Summary
Location: The Learning Experience Columbia
Schedule: 9am - 6pm availability M-F required
Compensation: $16 -$18/hr Based on experience
- Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging age-appropriate activities and routines
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating classroom environment
- Support daily care needs including diapering feeding and smooth transitions
- Build trusting positive relationships with children families and fellow staff
- Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors
- Experience working with Preschoolers (ages 3-5)
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work within the 7:00 AM6:00 PM schedule
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
